Become a Member
Becoming a member to use our services is easy. We presently are available to all law firms in the United States and Canada (please check out the carriers applications that we offer to make sure your carrier is available, if not, please feel free to have your carrier contact us).
To become a member we need to receive a copy of your last annual declarations page from your present professional liability insurance policy and a check in the amount equal to one (1) percent of the premium (please note that some carriers add taxes and fees in addition to the premium, we do not charge our fees on those numbers, just the actual premium). Please note that we have a minimum fee of $25.00 and a maximum fee of $300.00.
Checks should be made out to APPLI. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
We have a one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, during the time you are using our services, but prior to receiving the completed application, you are dissatisfied with our service or our software program, simply notify us and we will refund your entire fee. No questions asked, no exceptions. We are willing to offer this because we know that once you become a member and use our services you will NEVER want to go back to the old paper and pen style of completing an application.
